Spiderman is Peter Parker

Everybody knows that Spider-man is Peter Parker, but not that many people know how the character of spiderman came into existence. Spider-man was the brainchild of Stan Lee, who worked hard in creating Spider-man.

Peter Parker was first seen in comic books. These became so popular that they where instant best sellers. The reason why the marvel comics of spiderman sold so well with teenagers, was because they could relate to Peter Parker and his issues.

Peter Parker is not your typical super hero,  who is all muscle, all macho, and all about destruction. Peter Parker is a super hero with a worries, emotions, and thoughts. A regular teenager would disqualify such a super hero, but these are the things that made our webslinger so unique.

Finaly there was a hero who would rather use his brains over brawns and constantly question his actions. As Spider-man says it himself, “with great power comes great responsibility”. This is one of the most powerful and thought out slogans for a comic.

It is so simple, yet its meaning is so powerful. Peter Parker also has a social life, but balancing his normal life and his spider life is way too much to handle.

Living in New York only adds more complexity to Peter Parkers life, because there is always something going on in NY. There might be a thief or a bank robbery, sometimes one of spider-man’s enemies try to lure him out.

Somehow Peter Parker always saves the day and goes home to his loving aunt May.
